How long does shipping take?
All of our products are made especially for you after you place an order. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Typically, orders arrive within 5–15 business days, but in some cases (especially outside of Europe), delivery can take up to 20–30 business days.
We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we truly believe it’s worth the wait for something made just for you.
Where are the products shipped from?
We work with trusted international production partners. This means your order may be shipped from different locations depending on the product and availability.
Can I return my order?
Since each product is custom-made, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please make sure to review all product details (such as size and color) carefully before placing your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
No worries — we’ve got you covered. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the product. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
How do I choose the right size?
We highly recommend checking our size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, consider choosing the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help.
