Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is not damaged or worn

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, please return the item and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

However, this right may not apply to customized or personalized products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
